I don’t know about you but I feel like I’m privileged to have trees in my garden. For years I failed to appreciate the established trees and shrubs, and I always used to think of them as a bit of a nuisance, after all they give you nothing but mess in the autumn and winter when the leaves begin to fall. It was only last year when I had a change of heart, and a friend said to me well if you didn’t have those trees you wouldn’t have the same amount of privacy that you do now. She was right, and ever since then I’ve felt a little blessed that I have such huge trees. To make them stand out even more, I’ve decorated them recently with fairy lights and hanging signs. I’ve even put fake wooden creatures in them and my trees are now a beautiful decoration in my garden.
