Al fresco dining in your own garden with friends and family is an experience most people enjoy. Barbecues are a traditional way to cook outside. There are several Barbecue (bbq) styles available from disposable, coal, to gas or electric outdoor hot plates. Some people choose to build a barbecue out of brick and use coal with a grill over the top. These are a permanent feature whereas the other varieties can be stored away when not in use.
Rotisserie’s, cooking on a fire pit, smoker, pizza and jacket potato ovens are the more expensive ranges of outdoor cooking, however, these will give your garden the wow factor when it comes to offering your guests something different to the normal hotdogs and burgers. Adding a lovely summer fresh salad and fruit cocktail will compliment any dish you decide to cook and of course don’t forget that refreshing bottle of wine.
